We retained Brutus from our 2014 bull crop for use on heifers. He is homozygous polled heterozygous black. His own BW was 64 lbs. His first calves have all been from virgin heifers and they have all been born unassisted and exhibit the kind of growth that we expected from an Upgrade son. On the maternal side, he is backed by our 816 cow family which is known for fertility, fleshing ability, and producing ability. |

DX WONDERBOY 078W021 is a true product of our program. His sire and dam were both range tested and unpampered. His dam is our model cow for her ability to wean big calves, while herself being a very disciplined 5 frame 1200 lb cow. Wonderboy's first calf crop exhibit moderate birth weights and explosive growth to weaning and yearling much like he did. He appears to be maintaining a sensible mature size which we believe he will pass on to his calves. He will be a cornerstone of our program for years to come. He is homozygous polled and non-dilute red. Semen will be available in Spring of 2012. |

He shows the kind of depth and fleshing ability that we demand of our cattle. He is a full brother to Majority that was leased to ABS. We believe that he will show more growth than his older brother.
